There is very strong support for the BTEI scheme in Co. Carlow as it provides a worthwhile opportunity for those people in the community who wish to take the first step of returning to education and rejoining the labour market. Of those who take this opportunity it is perceived to be a positive life changing experience where flexibility, support and accessibility are vital components.’
